Just hours before Southlake Carroll is scheduled to take on Copperas Cove, quarterback Daxx Garman has been ruled ineligible by a 4-3 vote of a District 7-5A Executive Board.
Senior Roman Namdar, who has never started a game for the Dragons, is expected to assume the QB duties.
