Texas QBs Lead 2009 Parade Magazine Team
Texas is renowned for producing great running backs, but that tide has turned in this decade, as the Lone Star State is building a reputation for producing a steady stream of quarterbacks. This years' 2009 Parade Magazine team boasts three Texans among the seven signal callers named to the team.
