Allen to face Permian without starting QB
Allen and Odessa Permian kick off in less than an hour at Texas Stadium. Word is that Allen will be without starting QB Matt Brown, who sustained a collarbone injury against Coppell last week. Back up QB Tucker Carter, who was 3 for 4 passing after stepping in for Brown last week will take over the helm.
