Following in Big Brothers Footsteps

When your older brother is named Tommy Dorman and he is one of the top ranked quarterbacks in the state, sets passing records at his school and inks a scholarship with Texas A&M, you would think those are some pretty big shoes to fill, but Birdville's Josh Dorman may fill those shoes and then some.

In Friday night's game against Fort Worth Brewer the junior quarterback threw for 540 yards and four touchdowns, which moved him into 7th place on the all-time single game passing list.

He has now thrown for more than 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns on the season and will likely eclipse all of his older brothers' records for the Hawks, who meet undefeated Aledo next week for the district 6-4A title.
